I like some of the expensive stuff for energy drink, like the Clif lemonade drink. But basically a 4$/can lemonade from the supermarket (they even have one that's organic) with a pinch of salt is just great. It's not covering the whole spectrum of electrolytes, but the other gels and bars (and bananas) I eat do.
