    Nalini jersey sizing?

    To disable ads, please log-in.

I want to buy a Nalini jersey but I'm unsure of their sizing. I know that European sizing is a size smaller then American sizes but I don't really know how small that is. I'm in between size small and med. If anyone has experience with Nalini's send advice over here?

I love my Nalini jerseys (own two), but I might not be much help. I haven't been between a small and a medium....oh, since.....let's just say that today I stand 6' and about 160'. Ideally in a normal women's sizing I should wear a large, but I tend to size up to XL so that the sleeves and back are long enough (yep, I'm always a little baggy, but covered up).

I have 2 Nalini jerseys. One is a "4" and the other a "5" in the pro-fit cut. The 4 fits well. When I bought it, I loved the fit. It was long enough and while not tight fitting, not really baggy. I bought the 5 a couple of days later. It isn't any baggier, but, oh, so, wonderfully long. Never does that jersey ride up my back and I can get things in and out of the pockets. If it wasn't for the fact that it is black, I'd wear it all the time.

So, if you're of the normal stature for a woman, I suspect you'd want to aim smaller. From what I've experienced and read, it seems that pro-fit really doesn't vary much in width, but more so in length.

I have man/boy shoulders and biceps so my top half fits a medium and my waist will usually fit a small. I'm also petit in height, only 5'. Do their jersey run small in the shoulders?? Thats a problem area for me with any kind of top/shirts.

Hmmmm....I'd probably say yes. I stand 6', but my shoulders are only 38cm (I only know because I had to swap out to narrower handlebars). The shoulders fit nicely on me.

I sure hope someone in between our heights jumps in here.....we stand at the opposite ends of the height spectrum here.

I'm just gonna have to do some research before buying them online. I like the color and patterns on their jerseys.

    Thanks for the help.
