I was at a mtbike festival last summer where they gave out door prizes, and the frog cover was one of them!! It was the most sought after prize of the lot! The fellow that won it wore it on the ride the next day!

I've seen those here in JP, but not on bikes....on snowboarders and skiiers. They usually wear the whole outfit though!!
