Well, RD, the answer is either "of course" everything in TD is OT.

or, "of course not" since the very nature of TD is OT, then anything in TD is IT for TD.

Maybe I should just post pictures instead.

In the Bahamas, they call their lobsters 'crawfish' - Florida lobsters, where you only eat the tail. When you catch them out of season, they call them 'hard-backed grouper'!

Lobster is super yummy - funny. Fishjr (I need to come up with new names for them) was calling the crawfish lobster last night - drove her dad nuts!

Yeah, I ate some breakfast and my tummy doesn't feel upset! Yippee! Maybe I can have some real food tonight.

Too early today to know if it's a high energy or low energy day. Yesterday was low again, darn it. It was either the tomatoes or the cheese I had the night before. I'll have to wait for the energy to be back again before I try the tomatoes again. I hope it wasn't them!

Low energy here - going through that wonderful time of life that hits us in or around our 50's......and never know what to expect from this body from one day to the next.

It's hard to go on much of a bike ride when I can't be more than 50 ft. from a bathroom at any given moment. *insert pouty face here*

    Hey Chick!

I had a Luna Bar (Smores) and a V8Fusion for breakfast. I ought to be plenty energetic this morning. Look out bees!

It is so foggy here in the AM lately, I feel like I'm in SF!
