    What a great experience. Now, you can take all that you learned and start to incorporate it into your training. It sure helps to get all those helpful hints, to know what you are doing right and what you aren't.

    Great news on the swim stroke too. Boy, if they saw me swim, they'd have a lot to say about my "lack of stroke"!

    Great report Susie. I'm glad you had a good time. I hope that some of the other tri newbies will sign up for some camps. It reduces the stress of that first race soooooooo much.

    That's a great report, OTG! Thanks for sharing. I especially was impressed that the coach "ran over you" in the swim... that sounds like an essential (and overlooked) aspect of the swim. I think I wil ask my swim buddies to do that to me on our next open water excursion. Although I'm sure they would have way too much fun doing that!

    I'm glad you had a great experience and got to meet some fellow tri buddies!!!
