what type of racining? and what level if applicable Recently began triathlon training, and beginner would be an excellent term for my level.
why do you race? Instead of waking up and having anger drive me every morning, I think about how to make myself healthier now. Last year, for many a reason, was not my year. I feel I have something to look forward to, to inspire others by, and to expand across many facets of my life (diet, well-being, spiritual self, and many others).
when did you start? I have been off and on for several years, but most recently I began heavily pouring myself into sport again in Nov/Dec of 2006.
How supported do you feel in this journey? I feel supported by my cycling partner (SouthernBelle) and also I was recently declared captain of my hospital unit's running team.
Do you have a group you train with, or just your SO, or...
Name ONE thing that would make your journey better I train by myself and with one other usually. I am not a good group trainer, unless I am leading. My journey could be made better by having the knowledge of resources available to me (for trails to run on or cycling paths), as well as having more money for more accessories.![]()
