LOVE the mix of greens, and are those pink water bottle cages I see? Nice touch! Wishing you many happy miles together.

Did you design the colors or did it come that way? They are very refreshing to look at.

    Ooh, I LOVE the green.

I was just thinking the other day, I'd like my next bike to be green . . .

    To many happy miles!

I picked the colors of the bike--lime green, mint green, and lymon (Trek's name). There is no pink on the bike. The bottle cages are chrome. The water bottles are green and so is my bag. Taking pictures in bad light with a phone camera doesn't really convey how bright the bike is.

Gattamelata was a famous mercenary in 15th-century Padua, where we take students for a 4-week university course in the summer. It means honeyed cat, and I am owned by two cats.

The seat is high enough. I tried it out at the LBS to make sure but it was all made to measure for me anyway. After I ride it a bit, our LBS guru said he can make some adjustments if I need them. He already swapped the stem while he was doing the build. I'm not sure I like the saddle but I tried it out right after a 31-mile ride on my other bike, so that may have affected the way I felt.

The scary part is clipping in and out, although I seem to be getting better with my Speedplay Frogs and I am still learning the gears since it is so different from my hybrid, which is also green.
You should never stop learning: :

Da hybrid is a feeble imitation of green compared to getta more latte or whatever ya call it [doing my best imitation of PansyPalmetto from bikejournal]
I'm trying to get the winds to subside some by tomorrow so we can get out for a test ride!
