I have Speedo Sengar goggles and they don't fog at all (and I don't have to spit in them).
I'd strongly recommend NOT putting anti-fog in your goggles, they are really close to your eyes and you never know how those anti-fog chemicals will interact with chlorine vapour. I'd avoid it, just in case.
I have had to switch to blue goggles for my outdoor pool workouts because I was really disturbed by the sun in the clear goggles. They don't bug me when I swim indoor at all.
