Very impressive stuff there!
Gosh, I rode 60 miles yesterday... with many rest stops... a lot of hills... and it took EVERYTHING I had to have a 14.50 average at the end. And I could barely walk when it was over. I can't imagine doubling that AND running!
You are really going to rock it this year.
