Lizard butt must be going around....I just got in from a 30 min recovery run...slow, heavy legs today....

And Alpine rabbit...the hills go like so....

warm up about 6 mins on the flat...

9 hill repeats...the hills 220 yards up, so 440 round trip cool down

so all together about 3 miles, I think the hills are about 2 miles worth

Not so impressive when I break it down that way....

but hell, I am old so...not so bad for a middle aged woman!!!!
