    Yes, new parts are expensive for most bikes. Often half the cost of a bike IS parts, and the other half is the plain frame. or vice versa So one must certainly be aware of that when buying frames alone, or when comp[aring built up bikes with frames.

    That bike's been around the block. At least the seller is being more upfront than the person who sold me my Bianchi on ebay. I found out after I got it about the wheels out of round and the worn out hub.
