I have scrawny little birdie legs that just get harder, not bigger. And I have upper thigh saddlebags that don't go away even when the waist/butt ones do. (it's genetic, so I've given up hope. but when the crops fail and food is scarce I WILL SURVIVE ON MY STORED FAT mooh he hee.)

What biking does seem to give me is nice abs and calves. Hence the proclivity for capris and biking skorts...
