Good idea about a food log- I haven't done that for a while- it does help- thinking back on the last few days -hmmm not so good, loads of empty calories- crazy thing is I think many of the times I eat snack food (yesterday I had 4 count'em 4 packets of sesame snaps) i was actually just thirsty!- I don't drink enough water- I find it hard, I was making and drinking a good amount of "ginger tea" guesss I should get back to that- I think it would limit my snacking.
does anyone else have trouble staying hydrated? What do you try to help?
