I biked 35.2 miles, mostly solo. I left the park right before a male solo cyclist. He caught up with me at mile two and we crossed a busy road together. I followed him at about 18 mph. At mile 5 he stopped and said he needed to get home to do yard work. So he only got a 10-mile ride. The rest of the week I will only bike 20-25 mile rides, depending on the weather and my daily schedules.
