    Thanks for the info, I'll definitely look into those. The shoes are cool and comfy and I'd hate to have to get rid of them.

    I have the same problem with a $400 pair of Allen Edmonds wingtips. Absolutely infuriating.

    We used to tell our patients with farting custom insoles to put talc in the shoe, between the shoe and the insole. (take the insole out, sprinkle some talc into the shoe, put insole back in)

    I don't know if that'd work if the shoe is farting against your socks/shoe interface, but maybe it would help?

    Never thought of that for me...I don't think they make grippy socks in Charcoal Grey, Wool, Over-the-Calf to go with my dark suits...
