To give somewhat of a crass response - it doesn't hit the *ahem* division of one's bottom. But just above that.

Low enough to cool your lower back, but high enough so that it's above anything you might not want others to see. And although the mesh part is a little bit cooler than the rest of the fabric, it isn't really see-through.

    Hope this helps,

    Cari

Thanks for the info on the Shebeest mesh. After my search for a high UPF jersey for summer riding, it would be silly for me to get shorts with extra holes in them!

I'm actually a little concerned about that - someone here (IIRC) got a sunburn through the mesh part.....

    Hey Susan,
Is TE going to get any Exte Ondo shorts other than the ones you have right now with the red or blue accents? I sure liked the looks of that pistachio and orange stuff from last year- are they making any shorts like that? I'm not so much into the blue and red mode...

We just checked in a big shipment of Etxe Ondo today. It'll be online within a week. Beautiful stuff. Some reds and blues, but a few different pieces as well. Nothing pistachio though.

I finnaly decided on a pair of shorts. I got the Sugoi RS. Expensive but if I am comfortble, it is worth it. I found a new gel I hope to try. It is called Crank. Has Aminos, B6, complex carbs, no caffeine, sodium AND Potassium and more. Sounds perfect. Anyone tried it yet? They sell it at my local running stroe.
