The no coffee was the worst- I did have the dull headache asociated with the withdrawl from caffeine- and I really only have a latte daily, the headache was gone by wednesday but I was still craving coffee- you know the very first thing I did Saturday morning was get up and make a nice large latte for dh and myself. Funny thing is DH didn't get any withdrawl symptoms at all and he drinks way more coffee than me! weird![]()

We both did feel really good after our long run on Saturday too- way better than the week before and it was a shorter run- not sure if I should contribute that to the caffeine boost or the "cleanse"- I leaning toward the caffeine![]()
