The no coffee was the worst- I did have the dull headache asociated with the withdrawl from caffeine- and I really only have a latte daily, the headache was gone by wednesday but I was still craving coffee- you know the very first thing I did Saturday morning was get up and make a nice large latte for dh and myself. Funny thing is DH didn't get any withdrawl symptoms at all and he drinks way more coffee than me! weird
We both did feel really good after our long run on Saturday too- way better than the week before and it was a shorter run- not sure if I should contribute that to the caffeine boost or the "cleanse"- I leaning toward the caffeine
