I am VERY pleased that the "cleanse " is over. I had always wanted to try one and this being just 5 days seemed reasonable- we ate these high fibre/protein shakes 3 times a day along with certain snacks- for instance 6 almonds I thought that was a joke- 6? only 6!

In the end I am glad I lost the 3 lbs but won't be tempted to try a "clease" again- I like to actually have food in my mouth to chew.

That sounds nasty. Especially the no coffee bit. I'm glad you're getting down there, I know how you've been trying.

I haven't weighed in this week. But on Friday I was a lovely 141 lbs. My official weigh in is on Tues. This is a rest week sooooo, I'm not sure I lose much. Plus I wasn't able to get in any of my long slow distance workouts this weekend.
