    Food, glorious food.

    Here's a meal plan from NSW Big Ride 2005 - It gives you an idea of sort of food to expect - I highly recommend the kebabs & satay sauce (Very yummy) The french toast and maple syrup is another fav.

    Friday 18th February
    Lunch - Sausages & Bread / Apricot Bar / Apple
    Tea - Curry / Mash / Salad
    Dessert - Apple Crumble

    Saturday 19th February
    Breakfast - Cheese & Ham Croissant / Muesli Bar / Strawberry Bar / Apple
    Orange Juice
    Lunch - Ham & Mustard Roll / Apple / Apricot Bar / Orange Juice
    Tea - Spaghetti Bolognaise / Salad
    Dessert - Apple Crumble & Custard

    Sunday 20th February
    Breakfast - Hash browns / Baked Beans
    Lunch - Ham Salad Roll / Orange / Yoghurt Lolly /
    - Orange Drink / Cake
    Tea - Kebabs & satay sauce / Rice / Salad

    I found this list in a folder on my computer - The folder is filled with notes and photos from previous rides. It's apparent, I'm a bit fussy when it comes to keeping lists of stuff.

    Wow, that sounds great. I've yet to do a big, multi day event. I have dreams of doing the 2008 Nullabor ride! Might need to start training for that one -oh... now?

    Probably should get a decent saddle before then, hey.
