I'm here, kinda....sorta...
Ohh SHOOT!! Sorry girls, I just noticed this post...
I'm ok. Busy, tired, been sick - feeling better but suffering the residual fatigue. training, etc. It's been quite a week- or two...
sigh...
I'll post more later when I have time. Including my funny story about being thrown off the back of my bike while it was ON THE TRAINER!!!!
But for now I have to go get ready for work.

P.S. One thing I will say is the jury is still out on my female issues. Need to see an OB to have a sonogram of my ovaries tho. But I do feel better in that "area"...
