Who has a pair of Ibex Loose Tights? I'd like to get a pair now while they're on sale, but once again, unsure of what size to order. If they run about like the El Fito's, I can do with a Large, but if they run smaller, I'll need the XL . Any advice?

I found the loose tights to run small on the hips. I am an L in everything, but when i got a pair of L loose tights last year they were too snug on the butt. (everything else was fine)

Maybe it's just my butt is too big...

Anyway, I sent them back. Very sadly. You might want to call and ask them about fit for this year's model. (this year's has zipped pocket)

Thanks for the tip, Knot. I have that problem, too, where stuff is often too small for my butt. And the sidewalk's too close to my butt. And....well, you get the idea.

I do like those zipped pockets, though.

The smartwools are gone, now it's ski bindings!

I have a new woolly sock lust: Teko. www.tekosocks.com They are soft, they have tiny stitches, they are cushy, and environmentally friendly/low impact, AND they have a one year guarantee! (don't like them after one year, return them for a refund or a new pair) I saw them at Bike Expo.

I haven't bought any new wool socks in about two years. I think it's time for *at least* one new pair...

I'm so happy I finally snagged a pair of the twister pants, I'll be sure to post on the review thread here about them when they arrive.

Ya know, it amazes me how fast that site moves. I must have stumbled across the pants shortly after they posted, because they still had a selection in 2 colors, with about 3-4 sizes per color. I bought mine first then came here to post and tell y'all about it, and then went back to refresh the sac site obsessively. They were all gone in about 15-20 minutes!! Amazing.

    Woolly washload!

I just did an entire washer full of nothing but wool clothes! (mine and SKnot's) And none of them were socks! And it wasn't even all the wool we own, just the dirty stuff. (btw: cold water, regular cycle, Dr. Bronner's lavender castile soap)

Ooooh, cool... I'm a wool addict!

Yep, that's when you are fully "official"- when you can actually do an actual LOAD of laundry that's all merino --and without even including any socks!
