Well this isn't about female racers, or about posters, but the TE member with Trek in her name posted a great photo to a thread a few weeks ago. It was a photo she took of these cyclists on day three of last year's ride from San Francisco to LA to raise money for AIDs. The cyclists were going up a steep climb, and the ladies in the foreground were off their bikes and walking because the grade was very steep and there had already been 20 miles of climbs, and the female cyclists in the background appeared to be moving very slowly. I love that photo. I copied it and made it the background photo on my computer, the photo for the desk top background. Every morning when I turn on my computer I see the women and the incredible spirit they display. No, they are not racers, just ordinary female cyclists.
My advice is if it is posters you are wanting, then find photos you really like, and get permission to have the photos made into posters. I think the print shops will produce a poster for you from a jpg file. If you print a photo, that is part of publishing a photo, and you have to get permission. But for someone like me, who is only going to use it on a personal computer and not publish it, I don't think you have to get permission. At least I didn't ask permission to copy the photo, I just did it.
This is the screensaver I use. No females in it either. But it is still inspiring.
