No big changes here but I did manage to maintain the weight loss I had last week. Now that I'm back on the bike, I hope to see those last 7 pounds drop off. Did 35 km today, half of it in the hills, so maybe something will budge in the next couple of days? I'm in a calorie deficit for today so far. Have eaten about 550 and burned off 1000. Heading out for a Valentine's dinner tonight so that will change.

Also, I've finally gotten into a routine of doing 100 crunches plus core exercises on one day, and upper body weights the next. I just keep alternating days. I wonder how long it'll take to see some of that dangly arm flab tighten up?
