OT: You know, it's weird that you can see a cultural difference in bikeframes. Like the frame you are showing would simply be 'not done' here in the netherlands. Nobody builds these kind of frames anymore and if you have such a frame it is labeled 'old' or 'old fashioned'. But they are still good bikes, I have a steel one myself (
click for pixie here), it had been hanging in a corner for 10 years at my lbs (I paid 350 usd for the frame). He bought it once but never sold it. I use it for training purposes and it is not going away because nothing beats that frame in durability.
