mine have survived florida's hurricane season two years. i no longer have the problems I had before I bought them. I love my sidi's. They are not for everyone. My LBS stopped selling them.

Ditto to what they've said. My husband and I both have sidi road shoes and they've not stetched. I've been out in the rain riding but I do not believe I've ever gotten them soaken wet, so not sure how they would react if I jumped in a puddle with them.I do understand wanting to be sure prior to making such a costly purchase.

I have multiple pairs of Sidis. They are made from synthetic Lorica. I've never heard of them stretching.
