Help with inspirational quotes

My favourite quote is by Anaïs Nin, of all people:

"Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage".


I like it because it doesn't pass judgement on you if you're feeling cowardly , just says that life will get bigger as you feel more up to it.

Actually though she's picked out our phrase. She said that she wants it to say:
