Didn't do well this week. Up one lb. I guess I enjoyed the Bed & Breakfast too much with my DH this weekend. I took him to Alpenhorn Gasthaus in Hermann, MO, as a surprise. Boy the breakfast sausage from Swiss, MO was delicious.
