it rained in Socal!!! It was awesome. I don't ride in the rain... but I do GARDEN in the rainPulled weeds, spread CA Native Wildflower seed and planted 20 new plants...
rode Sat tho, with a group I USED to be able to keep up withI got some work to do... sigh....

Picacho Peak Century
DH and i did 104 miles in the picacho peak century. i was riding on an untested seat and DH hasnt ridden in about three weeks, so we were leery going in but it went good. the first 65 miles were a walk in the park, then we turned INTO THE WIND and it was brutal for the last 35 miles. but we're not aching today and all-in-all it was a great weekend. the seat? a terry damselfly, seat number 5 in my quest, it did okay but its just not perfect. it LOOKS SO GOOD on my bike tho, i think i'll keep it, til i find Ms. Perfect Seat -i know youre out there . . .
