I get the feeling that Solumbra's is made with their woven fabric, rather than a knit. Usually their "4-way stretch" fabric is noted in the description.

I have a woven Kokatat spf shirt which I wear when it's too hot for my long sleeve wool shirt. It does flap in the wind a good bit...
If I were in the market for a new spf shirt, I think I'd get the one you're looking at, the Jaggad. It looks good!
