I'm with you on this one. I cannot imagine someone ripping my pubic hair out every 2-4 weeks. OUCH!! Plus as far as experimentation goes, I've only gone the other way. No shaving anything for about 1 year. I found guys swarming around me like crazy. Including my now husband. Of course that was long long ago in my single days. Once I shaved my legs and pits, my husband then said - "yeah I like that". But he never asked me to do it.

Kids will alter your life in every way. Including ways you can't imagine. But that's OK if you are flexible and ready to dive in. It's just another part of life. Plus I do believe in the light another candle and get more light (more love) philosophy. My 2 girls add love to our house. They never subtract anything (except those few screaming/crying moments... .

Finally, I would think - although clearly others have experienced the opposite- that shaving or waxing would result in ingrown hairs and increased discomfort on the saddle. But not only is everyone different in opinion, I believe everyone is slightly different physically too. Response to pain, injury, healing time, etc. So what's good for one may be bad for another and there is probably no absolute anything.
