Muscle is a good thing! If it were all about the scale, I'd be having fits. I gained 6-7 pounds in the last three months, even while doing 10-11 hours of cardio a week... and my clothes are definitely getting baggier. Best of all, a girl came up to me after spin class last week (I hadn't seen her in a few months) and she said, "Dang! Your legs are firm!"

I know I'm building muscle right now but come on - I've never gone 4 weeks of eating so well and working out 4-6 times a week and only lost 4 pounds. Grrrrrr.
