Everyone's heart rate and max heart rate is different - It is okay to be high.
However, if you just started riding your bike after being off for about 6 months, it might not be a good idea to try to hit your max right away. You should probably be trying to build a base of muscular base as well as an aerobic base before you go trying to do max heart rate intervals. My personal max heartrate has always been high in comparison to the charts.
I don't have a power tap so I have not worked with those types of measurements so I cannot help you with that. I am still old school and if training just use a heart rate monitor and lots of interval type training.



.i am interested is it maybe mistake or something cause i had av.speed just about 20M/hR.i am 106lbs and my bike 21.
