    Marin Century Options

Well, it's seven months away, but I just got an email about registration being open for the Marin Century:

    http://www.sextonarts.com/marincentury/

They have 2 different century options this year, the regular Marin Century and the new "Mt. Tam Century" which is basically the first half of the Tam Double course.

It's a long way off, but I thought I'd throw it out there. I have a friend who's trying to convince me to do that Mt. Shasta ride (130 miles 16000 feet or something) that weekend. So who knows. I may have blown out a body part by then so I am a little wary about making TOO firm plans for riding this year.

I'm interested in that Shasta ride.

But we're rafting the Grand Canyon that week.

Doing the whole thing cuz I wanted to see the whole thing. I'm with AzRa on their 8 day motor. Totally looking forward to it though apprehensive about the whole camping for 8 days thing.

Couldn't do summer. Too hot for me. I melt in heat... and seriously, I have some sort of skin irritation w/ heat.
