Yep, just like my Bike Friday. Not a bike for a shrinking violet, that's for sure! DH and I are surrounded everywhere we stop with 'em. Any kind of "odd" bike will elicit curiosity and lots of questions. The most common question (after "Is that a folding bike?") is "If you don't mind me asking, how much do those cost?" Needless to say, if we do tell them, jaws drop. We don't like to advertise how much we spent on our bikes, so we generally try to give them a price range and explain that there are a variety of models, options, etc. that change the price considerably!

I get the same cost question with my 'bent. I generally say that it's cheaper than a heart attack, or something in the same vein. It answers the question truthfully, at least. I'm also often asked about an engine (Dual quads!), but you probably don't have to field that query.

    Hmmm, a bamboo 'bent...
Give big space to the festive dog that make sport in the roadway. Avoid entanglement with your wheel spoke.

Yeah, but don't you wish that insurance would cover the cost of a bike?

Imagine, just a $20 copay to pick up a fresh set of wheels...
