Bluetree, there are lots of reasons you could feel this way, and the most obvious possibility is overtraining.
I went through a bout 2 years ago of feeling like this over and over. Turns out I can't tolerate Ginger...and every time I felt yucky like I was getting a bug, I'd eat more ginger to kill the bug. I was poisoning myself.
Fast forward to this year...different symptoms led me to seek a diagnosis again, but in a new city with a new doctor we looked at other things completely. Turns out I have Crohn's disease and it looks like ginger is just one of my intolerable foods.
All that said, you probably don't have an incurable disease!! But you could have a number of things that are worth checking....so, if this keeps happening, even when you believe you are fueling and resting enough for your exercise load, please see a doctor and at least check some basics! Your health is soo important, so please don't let it be a guessing game!
