Wahine, I think XC skiing counts as running with skis on. Especially if you classic ski. I classic skied (pretty hard) on Sunday and boy did it kick my butt. Skate skiing is soooo much easier (I think).

My miles from last week: a whopping 11.7m running (all on the dreadmill, complete with a massive bonk on Tuesday), 11.2 m skate skiing, and 6.2 m classic skiing. The air is really bad here right now so no running outside for a while. They gym is so hot and crowded, the thought of the dreadmill any more scares me. Today's "run": I went up to Park City and skated 19k (11.8 mi) ... the air is much nicer up there.
