Congratulations on the new bike. Yep we need pics . We love seeing new bikes.

Hawaii what a great place to ride.

I'm headed to Dallas tomorrow to get my first road bike. I'll probably just get measured and get it ordered and pick it up next week.

Decided on the Specialized Dolce Comp.

    SO SO SO excited!!!

I'll post some pic tonight. Hawaii is great;although, I never realized how pretty it was until I was strolling around on the bike. I'm thinking about naming my bike either Papi or Mari.

In addition to getting shorts, you may also need to swap out the saddle. Very few women (or men either) are happy with the stock saddle that came with their bike. A good bike shop should have a return policy so that you can try new saddles and return them if they don't fit your personal anatomy well.

Thanks for all your welcome and advice. I'm so excited that I'm jumping out of my skin. hehe

Dianyla-I'll be changing the saddle in weeks to come. Mari's, my bike, saddle is the most uncomfortable thing I have ever sat on.
