nuthatch- I never ever leak. They say only change it every 12 hours, but on my one heavy day I change it every 6 - but that's just cuz I'm nervous. Plus, since it's reusable for a long long time, you don't need to buy anything, pack anything or toss anything into the already bulging american landfills. I never tried instead so I can't give a comparison.
