KG, 1200 cal a day is a b*tch isn't it?! This is day 5 for me and I cracked a little. I've been starving the last 2 days, doing split workouts and biking every other day. Today I added 200 calories. I'm still hungry but not starving. I did step on the scale and I'm down 4 pounds this week. I'll up the calories to 1500 next week and shoot for a 2 pound loss. I aspire to weight where you're at now![]()
