Interestingly, a few years ago I was in the States and decided to shop at Target. I was shocked and amazed to be able to wear a size 3!!! A size 5 is usually as low as I could get into at the time (larger today)....

And then there is the difference between stores. In a Bootlegger I take a Large or a size 12 and in Suzanne's, just a few doors away, I was fitting into a size 6 petite. Go figure!!
