Oooh firemen!! Believe it or not I was actually right opposite the firestation when it happened though none of them were wandering about unfortunately!

Its been ok last couple of days, the bruising hasn't amounted to much which I'm suprised about as normally I bruise spectacularly. I lay on it awkwardly in bed last night somehow and its hurting a bit today - so no running today or for at least a couple of days. Which is a real shame as its 30mph winds and rain today I'll be at the climbing wall tonight so that will give me a real indication of how it is healing up.
