I got a lot to lose...but I am starting in on the diet and training this week. I just got my first bike, but I am hopefully that I will see at least some changes in the coming weeks. I have about 20 pounds to lose...problem being, I have a lot of dense muscle (making me weigh more) from rowing that I would like to turn into lean muscle. I have lost one pound this week just from cleaning up the diet a little after the holidays.
