Aaaahhh... Still haven't run this week. I told sweet partner that I was going to run tonight so I'll have to I guess.

I rode 300 km the last week of the year because I needed them to get to my yearly goal (6000). I hadn't been in the saddle for over 3 hours in a long time. I was okay when riding but on the 1st and 2nd of January my legs were SO heavy I had a hard time walking and had very little energy.

Thanks for being an inspiration you all. I'll be there. I have to write myself a training plan for that triathlon, too.
