    Mimi don't feel bad- I average only about 9.3 or so mph. I think it's partly due to living surrounded by hills. On flats stretches I ride at about 15-20mph, I can do 35mph downhill if conditions are safe, but much of my actual riding TIME is spent crawling up hills at 2-3mph, so that brings my average speed way down.
    My "daily" routine ride (whenever weather & my schedule allows) is 21 miles but it takes me about 2 hours 10 minutes to ride it.
    The good thing is that we are out there pedaling and getting healthy.

    I joined the challenge...I was thinking that 2500 miles would be a good goal (I did a little over 2300 this year). I do count my indoor miles. They actually are harder miles than my outdoor ones usually, thanks to Coach Troy!
