I started logging my stuff on there April/May 2006.
Here is example of how it tracks your workouts:
Bike: 10h 58m 34s - 158.58 Mi
Run: 4h 13m - 24.74 Mi
Swim: 1h 56m - 7400 Yd
Spinning Class: 1h
Stationary Biking : 15m
Once you sign up and start a training log though, it is way more detailed that just that.
