    Oh geeze.

There's an MS 150 ride in Oregon the first weekend in August.

It starts in Forest Grove near Portland, home of McMenamin's Grand Lodge. You've possibly read my yammering about the Grand Lodge in my Thanksgiving adventure reports.

The route is a figure-8 so you start and end each day at Pacific University, just a mile or so from McMenamin's.

Would that not be a great road trip or what?

That's Mount Tam weekend. One of my five doubles. Of course if I finish DaMneD I'll have five and won't need to do Tam.

That would be a good one.

edited: Actually, that would be a great one. The route sounds really good - I passed by the overnight stop, Walker Creek Ranch on my ride this past weekend (it's on Petaluma Marshall Rd. near the east side of the Marshall wall).

And it would give V. lots of time to shake down her students for their milk money - she could hit up two different class years !

    What do you folks think?

I think Waves to Wine would be fun. Oh, and money raised is for a good cause.

But, seriously, it would be cool to have all the Amici Veloci ride as a team in an MS ride again.
