Which pilot did you end up with? Saddle problems often don't rear their ugly head until you get some serious mileage under your belt. What you need to pay attention to, is that the saddle is wide enough to support your sit bones in the back, but not too wide in the front that it chafes your thighs. Also, you may need to experiment with things like saddle tilt, especially on a brooks. I moved from a terry liberator to a terry butterfly to a brooks finesse, over a period of many years. In retrospect, th butterfly was too narrow for me, and caused soft tissue problems since my weight was not being supported by my sit bones. The brooks saddles are very expensive, but have the advantage that they mold to your body so in the long run have the best fit (but even then you have to star with the right model, figure out the best angle for you, and then ride it ride it ride it). But, with this introduction, go peruse the saddle pages (and btw they are called saddles not seats, cuz seat conjures the image of a cushy chair, but saddles are really just a perch for your sit bones).
