    I've had ACL reconstruction twice on the same knee (2 yrs apart). You or your friends will find the bike is your friend when it comes to rehab. But, I didn't end up being a cyclist until this past year, 5+ years later and for a reason nothing to do with ACLs....

    I had my ACL replaced in April of this year as well. Biking was a huge part of my recovery process. Good luck and if you have any questions feel free to ask~ lots of helpful women around here!
