Don't you love having to do this customizing effort on soles? You'd think the shoemakers would figure this out. I think I've used a Dremel tool on every mtb shoe I've ever owned -- even for Eggbeater cleats. I would think the shoe companies would test a few standard cleats - say an Shimano cleat/combo to make sure it works. For 200+ bucks, can't they do the testing?
