Oh boy do I remember 1996! We had 128cm (50inches) of snow. Worst since 1918. In a city where 5cm paralyzes us, 128cm was simply insane. A commemorative video was issued; sometimes we play it just to remember what that much snow was like, and to confirm that it really happened at all.
